UPS LTL Problems

Seems like its a madhouse at UPS at the moment. Some LTL shipments are getting picked up ok, some I’ve have to reschedule because they don’t bother showing up, others I’ve had to reschedule four times! It’s making it even harder to plan with restock limits and then this which means shipments created three weeks ago aren’t going in.

Any suggestions for companies that charge a similar rate to UPS?

Can you believe I have rearranged this pickup 6 times and they have failed to show up 6 times!!! I finally had enough and emailed Amazon who have copied me into an email to UPS asking about this shipment, so I hope this helps, but the damage has already been done - two weeks with one of my best selling SKUs being out of stock.
