URGENT HELP to reinstate my account please!
I have been suspended setting up my account as my verification address didn’t match what Amazon was looking for (not sure why?) & they haven’t responded to my appeal and plan of action in over 3 weeks.
I have included a PDF of a POA as an attachment and have not heard anything else despite trying to reach out via the Case Log. What should I do:
a) Re-write the POA with another few proof of addresses.
b) Write another POA based on suggestions from people on this forum?
c) Close the account and start again?

Definitely don’t do this. It is prohibited and when Amazon find you already have a partially opened and unverified account the new one will be suspended and shut.
You need to resolve the issues with the first account. What was the notice you received? Was it a generic ‘we cannot verify your documents’?
