UTR Input Error

I have unfortunately inputted the wrong UTR number and I am needing help as I need to verify my account.

The UTR provided to Amazon does not match the one on my paperwork.

I cannot edit my UTR, due to it being greyed out.

I have tried multiple times with cases/live chat and no result so far.

Any possible advice?
