Hi Amaz-01859Z,
There is no threshold for Non-EU online sales into the EU. From Jan1st 2021 it was 22 euros, that is now scrapped (as from 1st July 2021).
The destination countries require that any customs duties and charges be paid for imported online sales whether you are vat registered or not.
Amazon is responsible as a marketplace for collecting it on your behalf (the customer pays on ordering).
For your own website it is your choice, you can pay the DDP for any sales you make into the EU or let the customer pay on delivery.
On Amazon you don’t have that choice, the customer pays and Amazon then pay it on your behalf to the destination country.
All your list prices should allow for this deduction.
