Our account has been de-activated since September 2022. The business information is unable to be updated as the 'edit' tab has been barred from use.
The reason for deactivation is the primary information was that of a previous employee who handled the Amazon account. Amazon requested the company information and because it did not match the primary contact details of the individual handling the account they deactivated the account.
We could have rectified this by updating the primary information however this is not possible as the edit button is not available.
We've provided personal documents of the business, limited certs, vat certs and personal ID of the company director and have been hitting a brick wall since 2022, the account is under the business details.
We also have £504 that we cannot disburse.
We've contacted the MD, Jeff etc to no avail. This is now the last straw, taking them to court. If anyone could help us on this it would be appreciated as this was a channel we were making sales on daily.
