I need to stop pulling my hair out! I have received an email from Amazon (See beginning of it below)
Hello, Your payments account has failed our verification process. As a result, you can no longer sell on Amazon.co.uk or any European stores.
I have logged into the account and taken a look. The card that i have on file is saying “Active” but there is a message saying it needs to be verified. When i click on verify it does not give me the option of selecting UK. It only has the other European Amazon accounts. They have done the test payment on the card already.
The bank account i have listed is Verified so it cant be that that’s messing things up.
Any help would be much appreciated by this newbie.

its also your deposit method - your bank account, as well as your ID - personal and business

Im ready to give in. My account is still deactivated. I decided to check all the dates of expiry on my submitted documents again today as im not getting anywhere with “Seller Support” and it was an email from them saying an expiry date was wrong. The dates were correct, but i did notice that a couple of digits were missing from the drivers number of a licence i submitted. I have since corrected it and submitted again. When i now go to account health, im seeing that the status is “our evaluation is complete” and when i click on submit new information, it takes me to the identity section again.
I spoke with seller help again and she said that she couldnt see what the verification team could see and so was not able to help me. She also asked why i was “manipulating the drivers code” to which i again explained that it was entered incorrectly on the initial submission. She said there was little to no chance of the account being activated!
They cant help!
They cant pass the problem on to anyone that can!
There is nobody else who can help!
Seriously what is the point. I cant close the account and start again as she said they will just close the new account.
