Very unrealistic ETA's being given to customers
I have just confirmed shipping today on some orders, and although I have extended out all of my estimated arrival dates in my shipping profiles due to these strikes, these items say that they are due to arrive on the 12th December!
Seeing as there are 2 strike days between now and then and the only day the mail will move is today and saturday morning, I’d say that’s probably mission impossible.
This would be totally unrealistic even without strikes on 9th and 11th…Is there anything I can do about this? Thanks

Yes - it is annoying but the eta date a customer sees for delivery is often well after the date given/shown to us sellers - especially if you have turned on Shipping Setting Automation
Why they are not the same I have no idea.
