Visiting Address does not match with documents
Hi
I am trying to open my account for more than one month and during the last couple of weeks and I am receiving an error that the provided address does not match with document which is not the case.
I put my address in different formats (i,e, Zipcode, city, street, or Zipced street, city) yet I am receiving the same error. IT IS SO ANNOYING since both provided address on documents and seller account are the same. I assume documents are being checked by a robot and not a person.
Please help me to solve this issue.

This is one of those instances without seeing the documents there is not much guidance we can offer other than ensure all docs are uniform. Sometimes entering LTD instead of Ltd or Limited can cause issues. Sometimes it is more obvious than that.
You could try writing a a support ticket along the lines of my address is XXXXX and this is entered on my document and entered in the fields provided and yet there appears to be a mismatch. Please could you indicate which field is not consistent.
