VTR - Check for mistakes
I noticed today my VTR had dropped, it is always 100%
Downloaded the report the one item showing, does have valid tracking.
When I dispatch I have click and drop to automatically mark as dispatched on all platforms, which must of happened okay or the order would of still of been showing in unshipped!

I messaged Help and opened a case log and received this back -
We investigated the order 26-52378*-0441906* you provided and see that you added or confirmed shipment for this order on 11/08/2022, 10:34:33 PM IST. The tracking ID on the carrier’s website shows that the shipment was delivered on 10 Nov 2022 11:24 AM, which means that the tracking information was added after the delivery.
What planet do Customer Care live on? How is 11/08/2022 after 10 Nov 2022?
They really are another level of stupid!
Anyway, just a heads up to check your VTR for correct orders showing as wrong!
