VTR going down despite doing everything Amazon have asked!
Hi, I hope someone can shed some light, because I’m finding it impossible to get in touch with Amazon seller help!
I’ve started abiding by Amazon’s rules, purchasing my letter postage via Amazon, and then I’ve attached my OBA account to record the tracking numbers for all my LL items. My VTR has now reduced to 82.35% - my sales are low, and falling, nowhere like they used to be, so it’s actually for the sake of 3 items!
I’ve downloaded the report and all 3 have tracking numbers?
I’ve tried getting a call back from Amazon, but it keeps coming up with ‘Oops we’re having trouble with the status of your call’ or ‘You call has ended, if you need to speak to us again, please request another call back’
So I’ve emailed, and got a generic answer, with no option to request further help!
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Sam

That just means that those parcels weren’t scanned on delivery, or don’t offer delivery confirmation for that RM service.
If the tracking has been updated to Amazon correctly then there’s nothing to worry about. Amazon will verify the tracking numbers behind the scenes and you won’t have your listings suspended. Your VTR will stay low, but that won’t cause you any problems. Those of us using RM24/48 who don’t purchase shipping through Amazon have had VTR of 75-90% for years and haven’t had any issues.
