in the last two weeks, I received several request to verify my charging method.

Please note that nothing on my card got changed, expiry date is in 2026, and every single time I verify it (which costs me 1 GBP), I receive a confirmation that it as verified, and then a day later an email stating:

We were unable to verify the credit or debit card information that you provided for your account. As a result, any payments to your bank account will be suspended until you update your charge method.

Anyone had the same issue?

I have just signed up, and ready to add products, however I receive the following message:

"Invalid Charge Method

You must update your existing credit card information or add a new credit card to regain full access to this seller account".

So I click on the "View Charge Method" box and it take me to a screen with the following message…

"Verification of credit card needed

We need to verify your credit card details with your bank in all Europe marketplaces. You will see a temporary authorisation of 1 Euro. You will not be charged for that amount.”

There are various assigned market places for me to choose from.

Amazon.it

Amazon.nl

Amazon.de

Amazon.es

Amazon.se

Amazon.com.be

Amazon.pl

Should I verify card details for all those markets that have been assigned even if we have no plans to sell in those countries? Is there any benefit to doing that / not doing that? Or should I just stick to the UK?

I may of accidently initiated a legal entity change, after reviewing the terms and conditions, which I believe is causing the glitch. I would be grateful if someone can revert any adjustments to the account in this regard.

I appear to be stuck on the above screen, without any ability to update any details or change any setting, I am unable to access the help section and raise a ticket.

I have above error coming up on my console and cannot access anything in my account, and when I click View Charge Method, nothing happens at all. it just reloads thae page. I am unable to even access my payment settings.
