White background help!
I am new to amazon and i want to upload my products but it keeps telling me my image does not have a white background when it does, is there any way to fix this? thank you

It’s not a white background, so much as a blank white background. So the product image should be “cut” etc. Also sometimes even when your image is correct, Amazon still pick it up as not being so.
Also, it can take sometime once you fix it, for the fix to be picked up.

I’m in a constant battle with the same issue (images ARE on a white background #ffffff) so much that I’ve given up trying to fix it. I’ve got over 300 listings where they are saying not on white background and it just takes too long to get it sorted I might as well just delist and sell them on other channels.
Worst problem is that even if Amazon themselves were the only listers for the product and they used a non compliant image themselves, we matched it against their listing, they run out of stock and then supress our listing as non compliant image.

I had exactly the same problem and tried lots of programs but with no success. I resorted to the website Fiverr and got someone to do it for me: very simple to use at a cost of about 25cent (US) an item. It took about 3 days to get the images back and were then straight forward to upload. Remember to stipulate pixel size to be a minimum of 1001. I hope this helps.
