Who do I contact?
My account is deactivated and I’m trying to find out why. The account health page is not telling me.
Ive tried contacting seller health support but they instantly reply with something in the lines of “we don’t deal with these questions, to submit an appeal contact…” Ive also emailed seller performance, but it seems as that email isn’t active anymore.
I need to find out the root cause to my account being deactivated so I can appeal it. I have a suspicion that they want a utility bill. But I don’t really wanna gamble on it as the notarised translation is gonna cost me a bit.

That sounds very logical. The thing is though, that the reply I keep getting from seller health support says that I have to press “reactive my account” in the account health page. But thats nowhere to be found… It also says that "this email address is not the correct channel to submit an appeal. But I’m not submitting an appeal…
Ive tried to change the words in my message so that it wouldn’t trigger any algoritms but it doesn’t seem to work. Hmmm, not sure how to proceed
