Why does item not ship to Ireland where item comes from?

I am an author and I live in Ireland. Recently, I put my latest book on Amazon.uk. My first 2 books did well on Amazon, most sales were from Ireland. Book 3 states that it does not ship to Ireland, why?

I’d check your shipping settings (Southern) The republic of Ireland is classed as Europe.
