I have a problem due to a suspected IP violation issue and looking for help from @Seller_SBIjJooGeXSQ6 , @Seller_NGsbQYFacZKVL , or another Amazon employee related to the subject.
The algorithm keeps detecting a generic and general term used in my listings. I have notified it to Seller Central several times, and they did re-list my items after confirmation.
However, because nobody has modified the algorithm, the bot keeps de-activating my listing and I'd have to go back to Seller Central and open a case to re-activate it. Now an associate has closed one of my cases stating that I have raised an idential issue multiple times and the listing has not been re-activated.
I'm not going to mention the specific trademark because this is an open forum, but everything is spelled out in the cases below.
