Why is Yodel is NOT available as a recognised service
Keep being told my tracking is below 95% but I find it IMPOSSIBLE to get Amazon to permit me to register Yodel as a service, although Amazon says it CAN be used.
Confused - anybody explain, please, or must I simply stop using Amazon (other delivery services demand a 2 mile drive !!!)

Yodel are an integrated carrier, so you’ll need to give a bit more info on how you record your shipping, what your VTR% is and what shows on your VTR report.
