Wrong item sent

If a customer returns an item saying the wrong item was sent and when the item is returned it is the correct item will it affect my metrics?

Returns don’t affect your (ODR) metrics in any way.

However, if you receive your item back and determine that the return reason selected by the buyer was wrong, you can treat it as a discretionary return.
