Wrong size being sent by FBA

I have 2 sizes of product on FBA and Amazon are sending the wrong size, help please ?

Do you label them yourself or does Amazon do it? Do they have manufacturer barcodes on them? Both listings seem to have the same dimensions including weight which wouldn’t be right if one is 1l and the other 500ml.

Also, your 500ml is currently out of stock. Is that supposed to be the case or have they all been counted as being 1l?

No manufacturer bar code.
Amazon collected them from my contracts manufacturer.
Yes different shipment as only the Litres were picked up.
I have not done anything thing about it in the last 3 weeks.

If there’s no manufacturer barcode then amazon won’t label for you so I’m surprised you’ve managed to get that option
