Fraudulent PRIME None Returnable Adverts BEWARE!!!!!

We are seeing an increasing number of fraudulent SFP orders and wondered if anyone was having the same issue.

A customer orders off ebay for a bag of tea, coffee etc.

The seller then orders on Amazon off us and we deliver it to his customer, not known to us this is happening. Once the parcel is delivered then this seller on ebay contact Amazon SFP Customer Service stating they received the wrong goods and gets a full refund. As it is a grocery line (none returnable) they get to keep the goods.

We have extension CCTV in the warehouse and all orders have been dispatched correctly.

Amazon are no help as they just refund the seller even though we have valid tracking, POD etc.

SAFE-T claims have been opened on 45 fraudulent refunds, but guess what. Amazon contact the seller through messages, who isn't actually the customer it is the fraudster impersonating the customer from ebay so of course they are going to say they got the wrong product.

We know this is happening because the ebay seller left the actual customers phone number on a few orders and the 'Actual' customer told us everything. eBay have removed some of the sellers but we are paranoid this will keep happening.

All the SAFE-T claims have been denied and we are £2000 out of pocket and no help from Amazon.

Seriously thinking about going to the police as this is not a small matter.

1. Anyone know how I go about stopping this as they all come from what looks a genuine customer.

2. Anyone had this issue?

3. If you are selling SFP have you checked if any have been refunded as Amazon can do this behind the scenes and not have to tell you.

Would love to hear from anyone who is in the same boat.

I don't suppose there is much you can do with Amazon, you have to rely on their incredibly efficient and accurate processes against this type of fraud.

However, I have had success with removing my items from dropshipper lists on ebay in the past.

Search for your items on ebay and contact the sellers via ebay messaging (many have multiple seller profiles) telling them that you have not given them permission to use your images and they are violating copyright laws. Ask them to remove the listings within 7 days otherwise you will take legal action.

Most will remove them as yours would be just a couple of items out of hundreds of thousands on their lists although some don't remove them from their feeds properly and may reappear. Keep doing this until all are removed then check weekly or monthly and repeat.

Good luck.
