Brand Approval

Hi all, I'm trying to get brand approval to list some new products, however, it is getting declined due to the UPC owner not matching the brand. (as per our system of records the Product ID(UPC) owner and Brand do not relate.)

GS1 shows the company name but this is different to the brand name, whats the best way to get around this please?
