Just wondering if anyone has any possible solutions to our new account being deactivated. An ex employee set an account up a few years ago that was deactivated due to poor account health, we are unable to gain any access to this account to pay off the negative balance. We had set up a new account in meantime as we was unaware of the old account which of course has now also been deactivated. We have tried contacting numerous departments at Amazon all of which give us a generic message, this has now gone on for 8 weeks. When we try and access the old account set up by the previous employee we receive the same message "no seller account is linked to this email" even though Amazon themselves have repeatedly told us the account in question is linked to this email and we have old selling notifications to this email. Any help with how to pay of the negative balance and get our new account reinstated is much appreciated :)
