Unfortunately FBA receiving timelines can extend out several weeks, which is consistent with what we've seen across forums recently. Your shipment is most likely working its way through the inbound queue at the FC to be received in the order in which it arrived, but if the date in your contents tab arrives without the shipment being closed you'll be able to request an investigation at that time.
