Preston GB - lost shippments every time

every time our shipment ends up in Preston GB as its final destination we have a discrepancy issues for that shipment. whereas when our shipment ends up in the other fulfillment centers they are checked in with no issue. So far this has been 100% accurate.

i was wondering if any other sellers have noticed a correlation with lost inventory and Preston GB as their shipments final destination?

i would like to gather more data before going forward with an official request for Amazon investigating this if thats even possible.
