Amazon Bots setting product data to incorrect values

Wrong Information on Product Page for ASIN: B0DJ11K6HR

The Size shown on the variation is incorrect, it says "300 cm L x 300 cm W x 200 cm H", but is 600 cm length

I have tried to update this several times, but it is not being accepted.

Seller support's response is:

From your email we see that you would like to update the size on ASIN: B0DJ11K6HR.

For certain categories on Amazon, attribute values typically associates with variations (such as size, colour, model, etc) may be normalised to a specific value that is more recognisable to customers. For example, 4K Ultra HD, Ultra HD, and UHD may be normalised to 4K on the detail page.

We are unable to modify this value for individual ASINs, as it is automatically applied to all applicable ASINs in the category. Every applicable ASIN under this category needs to have the same value for this attribute to ensure the best customer experience.

I feel like I'm going insane, the value they've changed my data that is straight up incorrect and insist that it's to help the customer, has anyone else dealt with this before and managed to correct it?

Glad to see it is not just us suffering from this, been dealing with seller support on this for at least 4 months now, and surprise surprise nothing has been done about it. Exactly the same issue described here has been happening with almost every single one of my previously top selling ASINS, now most of my time is spent answering messages from confused buyers about what options they should select or being forced to accept returns due to the faults with product info that I cannot change. You would think the actually manufacturer of the product would know what would make the most sense and be most accurate for potential buyers! I dread to think how many sales we are loosing out on day to day because of this mess, also from amazons point of view, they are also loosing out on sale fees so would be beneficial for all parties to deal with this.

It's changed to a value that makes absolutely no sense, why are amazon tampering with our catalogues if there was a problem please reach out to us and we can address it. I've gone over many times if the value is incorrect how does that provide the best customer experience?
