Extra Units Found. Sent 110, FC received 160??
Sent two boxes, obviously FC double counted one of them.
Sent invoices and packing orders that seller support had asked for, but SS just won't help me look into it and kept saying how this was my fault. All responses were "Yep check your Inventory Ledger report." These items were sent to TMB8, which is an IXD. Upon checking the report, the "real" units were went to other FCs, and the ones don't exist are still sitting at TMB8, obviously TMB8 can't locate extra units otherwise they'd been sent away.
Has anyone been able to escalate "extra unit received" problems, or was able to have FC do a manual count on the units?
