I have been trying for so long now to reactivate my account and have come to a dead end. I feel like giving up because I am not able to upload the required documents and I am unable to contact seller support. I need some so I am making this post in the hopes that it gets seen by someone from seller support

Since I updated my credit card info. I still can not contact UK seller support about my account fee issue? When I tried to get help just bring me the VAT registration page...............:( :(. I withdraw my UK VAT registration # because I do not want to deal with the tax. I do not want sell in UK platform. And I want amazon waived the fee for handmade seller, I should not have any Professional account fee due? That what Amazon charge me for unspecific fee £227.

I need your help in reaching Amazon for support.

I have been waiting for support from Amazon about my account. I am unable to get through to Account Health and Seller Support at this time . I tried Managing Director's email and received email back that I was going to get help but I have still not got help or support.

I have replied to that email and still waiting for help.

I have been on Amazon for close to 10 years and I have not had an issue like this where I cannot get support.

I am also kindly asking Amazon to contact me so I can move forward. I believe this is an error as I have the correct documents for my listing in question.
