“Inactive out of stock” despite having FBA stock

Hi,
Has anyone else noticed any of their FBA products listed as out of stock despite having units in Amazon warehouses?
I have software to alert me to these issues and this is the first time it’s happened.
Is there a fulfilment centre issue / shut down somewhere or an error on my side?

I have tried seller central live chat but that’s now offline too. Thought I’d try here before opening a case that would take days to resolve.

Thanks guys, take care

I presume they are large items. I’ve had some of my ASINS move to ‘stranded inventory’ and finally got a reply after 2 days from seller support

for oversize ASINs, teamlift capabilities (handling ASINs heavier than 15kg) have been turned off in FOS for all Amazon EU FCs from 16th of March 2020 and no customer shipment, transfer or removal order can be fulfilled for these ASINs.

I presume if it’s a 2 man lift they have moved the staff to prioritising despatching Toilet Rolls.

It’s quite common I’m afraid. The products should also appear under the stranded inventory tab. To the right of the screen you should see a drop down box that allows you to refresh the stranded reason. Check this and it should allow you to relist the products with ease.

Sorry
I’ve now solved it.
It’s a cross border issue. The stock is located in Italy fulfilment centres, normally these can be cross fulfilled to other countries but I guess that’s been stopped now especially as they are in Italy.

I’ll list as seller fulfilled from U.K. for now until we are able to send FBA stock in again.

Thanks for your help and I’m glad it’s not an issue with everyone else’s stock holdings.
But it’s something to bear in mind if you do have stock overseas which will not not be cross border fulfilled !

Had some issues here, they have been appearing in stranded inventory - called seller support and it’s a backend problem to do with dimensions

I had same issue so I have been told that the stock held in Italy where there is lock down has been suppressed in order to avoid customers disappointment , soon lockdown is finished units will be available for sale again.
