Seller verfication
Hi
We have been stuck in seller verfication since JAN. We have a vendor account which is fine but today got this message for seller
I'm at my wits end, not sure what to do. We submiited everything , we are are a uk company that is over 30 years old and i have been selling on amazon since 2013!

We reviewed your account and the information you provided, and we have decided that you may not open a selling on Amazon account.
Why did I receive this message?
You cannot sell on Amazon.co.uk and Amazon European stores if you do not have a selling on Amazon account.
If you register any new accounts, we may also decline them.

It has been understood that you failed the document verification.
The verification of your identity is required by law for the use of a payment account. The verification process happens at four levels :
1.Identity verification.
2.Address verification.
3.Bank account verification.
4.Business verification.
