I couldn't disburse my fund as usaul.
Since last Friday, I couldn't disburse my fund on seller central. I have been on Amazon for 10 years this year.
Once disbursement was cancelled saying the account is under review, I called and emailed account health team, but no one can explain why this happened ,and all the cases were transferred withou a response so far.
I am just sitting in the dark without knowing what is happening , and what do I need to do to support the account review.
My account is very healthy and I received no performance notification.
Hope someone can help.
