Amazon doesn’t see 2nd class getting to your buyer within the EDD
You may need to extend your handling times if its a frequent issue

Go to shipping settings and edit all your shipping templates to remove one day or two delivery and that should stop the issue if you only want to offer standard delivery

I have had the same problem a few times in the past. I suspect it is when you delay shipping the order then Amazon will only offer 1st class to ensure it arrives within the delivery date that the customer saw when ordering. I could be wrong but it does seem to only happen when I have been delayed shipping orders.

As stated by others, if a customer was to order from me now i could go on and send 2nd class RM. If i decided to ship and complete the order in say 5 hours time, the system recognises that RM 2nd class wont get to the customer by the EDD so they don’t show the option

I have changed my shipping times so hopefully it resolves this issue. I always have my items sent out same day, this just seems to be a issue when orders are placed late at night. You would of thought Amazon would recognise this
