LPN Not Found; Anything Else I Can Use?
I was looking up an FBA return by using the LPN...only to have no results appear.
This is rare, but it is frustrating when this issue occurs because I cannot seek recompense with Amazon if I cannot find the original Amazon order number.
Is there any other supplied serial number I can use to find an Amazon FBA order number?
I still have the packing slip from the Amazon warehouse with its array of reference numbers.

How wide a date range did you select for the "Event Date" LPN search? The form defaults to "last day" but sometimes you have to widen the date range to "past 90 days" or so to get it to return a result.

I wanted to highlight this recent thread, where it looks like a different seller was able to navigate a similar situation by using the Returns Report, instead of just the Manage Your Returns search functionality.
