pack weight against shipping weight

On the old form, there used to be a pack weight and a shipping weight, ~I cannot see that now, if I put an item as 520p then ~Amazon only charge 520/1000g to calculate postage as we sell in postage weights of 1kg. how can I enter the weight so it does not say the item is 1kg?
