Buy Shipping labels in Bulk messed up

Hi,

We are doing Amazon seller Prime and buy all shipping labels through amazon buy shipping labels in bulk. For last couple of months, when we buy shipping labels in bulk then after completing process, it normally should download Zip folder which contains all PDF shipping labels but it has been hit and miss, sometime file will appear and sometimes not. So we had to go to each order page and print shipping or download shipping for each order which is pains taking if you have decent amount of orders.

But today is next level, no zip files downloaded which contain shipping labels plus on top when you go each order and try to print or download shipping labels, it will keep saying the file not found. I tried Edge, Chrome and Firefox, Nothing works.

Anyone else is facing same issues and any solution or outcome as i found Amazon seller support is completely useless which will keep telling you same steps which you already taken and themselves dont have correct knowledge. Any input will be appreciated by fellow sellers. Thanks
