So my UK account was deactivated last week for no reason. I clicked the link ( https://sellercentral.amazon.com/mario/inpvMeeting/appointment/global/node/summaryNode/render ) which took me to the US store and I completed all verification required. The conformation message
"We have completed our review of your document and information.
We are conducting further checks on the document and information you provided during registration and we may contact you by email for further clarification within two business days."
I have requested help from the US store who confirmed everything passed but my UK store is still deactivated. WHY? I have submitted my passport,driving license, bank statement and utility bill and it is still rejected.
UK store keeps telling me to use the same link to confirm identity but when I click on the link it automatically brings me back to the same message

I am going around in circles with amazon and the seller support is awful! Can anybody please help before I close my account?

Is this a newly registered account ? If so all new accounts are deactivated whilst they perform all the verification checks and it can take quite some time, even weeks in some cases apparently. There are so many new sellers signing up that it takes them time to verify every single piece of info, both personal and business info. You just need to be patient.
If your account has been deactivated you will not be able to close it - you cannot close a deactivated account.
