We last received funds on 25th April. We now have over 40k being held and have been told we will have to wait another 2 weeks for this, without any explanation as to why. I have opened a support cases over 2 weeks ago that states "transferred" but have had no response. Today i spent nearly an hour on the phone to seller support who eventually said we have to wait another 2 weeks but could not explain why and was told i would be emailed by the payments team today ( as they don't talk to customers)
6 hours later i have had no contact
Orders are still coming through at a steady rate but It is getting to the stage where we are going to have to close listings as we cannot expect our suppliers to supply more stock without being paid.
Any ideas how i can speak to a human that will be able to help resolve this ?
