customer restriction type UK_18_ecigs

My products are being removed from Amazon because the "customer restriction type" field is not populated with UK_18_ecigs, the problem is have been downloading the ecigarette file and there is no field for customer restriction type, I have spent hours downloading files and even tried older files I had saved with no joy, please can someone help me find the correct file or advise another way of updating this customer restriction type?
