Read onlyI am trying to create a new asin for this brand I am an authorized seller for. This brand does not sell on Amazon and they have me create and manage all their listings for them. I also sell all their rproducts for them. They do not work with Amazon at all and instead have me do all that for them. They are a beauty/cosmetic brand.
They just came out with a new product and Amazon is not letting the asin to be created. This product is a skin lightening product and needs to meet Amazon's policy to be sold. I do have all the test and requirements and have sent them in. Everytime I send them in I just get the same response saying "Amazon will no longer be accepting documents from Selling Partners directly."
I am authorized by the brand, so I do not understand why they cannot take the documents from me. I have called account health and they were basically no help, just telling me to open a new case and submit the documents there. I am lost on what to do as this has been going on for about 2 weeks at this point and the brand wants to get this product up and selling. Any help here with be great.

I'm sorry for the difficulties this creates however at this time Amazon does not take documents from Sellers directly and it must be through one of the accepted 3rd party testing organizations. This would be required of even the direct Brand Owners. This is to ensure that documents come directly from the testing facility that have already been approved by Amazon that meet the testing expectations. You can learn more about this in the Skin-lightening products. You will need to work with one of the approved testing locations to get your product documents reviewed and approved.
