Product Selling Restriction

Hello .

We recently received a policy violation alert on our account in Belgium, stating that our product contains Calcium Carbonate. While we acknowledge that our product includes this ingredient, we have noticed that other sellers are still allowed to list and sell similar products containing Calcium Carbonate without facing any restrictions.

Can anyone please advice me on what should I do to be able to sell my product?

Thanks for your help

Hi @Seller_JDFHJgMOUHXiU, thanks for posting.

Firstly, I would advise to check Amazon's current ingredient restrictions for specific countries and double check if your product listing properly declares all ingredients and has the required documentation/certifications for the Belgium market. There can be as well some restrictions on the concertation of a specific ingredient in a product.

You can appeal the policy violation by providing detailed product documentation showing compliance with local regulations, including any relevant safety certifications or EU compliance documentation.

If you believe this was flagged in error, prepare your product's full ingredient list, safety data sheets, any EU/Belgian regulatory compliance documents, product registration documents (if applicable).

I hope this helps.

Maya
