Unresolved Payment Issue for Over a Year – Seeking Help
Hello,I am a seller on Amazon with my store LinaMorden, and I am facing a serious issue. For over one year, Amazon has withheld $2,000 in payments from my account. Despite repeated attempts to contact Seller Support through emails and other channels, I have not received any response or resolution. This unresolved matter has caused me significant financial hardship, including taking loans with high interest to cover expenses, which has led to further stress. As a high school student, this has deeply impacted my education and living situation.I am reaching out to this community for advice or assistance. Has anyone experienced something similar? What steps can I take to escalate this further?

"As a high school student,"
Are you in the US and over 18?
If not, you illegally entered into a contract with Amazon. As such you are not likely to see any money and COULD face some legal issues as well.

Hello @Seller_sDKuuM9SxBApX
Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent hold on your funds you have been trying to resolve. I understand this can be very frustrating given the impact you mention it has had on you. I do want to provide support, but will require more information to be provided to do so. Would you be able to provide information regarding the issue that originally impacted the account?
To acquire the funds, the recommendation will be to resolve the issues that are causing the disruption to be able to have access once more. Otherwise, you will need to submit an official request to our disbursement team at: disbursement-appeals@amazon.com to open a request into getting the funds released to you. The decision is the discretion of that team and will be considered final once it has been made.
Please be aware that if they are not able to release the funds to you, the only option will be to resolve the issues impacting the account. If you have any other information or details regarding the situation, we encourage you to refer to this thread so we may continue to provide support.
Best,
Atlas
