Seller Fulfilled Offers Deactivation

Hi all hope all is well. I've been selling on Amazon for about 4 years now and recently had my seller fulfilled offers deactivated due to a spike in sales/refunds. I was requested to provide confirmation of tracking, receipts/invoices and bank account confirmations (The generic seller fulfilled deactivation email/request) all of which I have provided multiple times along with a plan of action. Amazon is holding 10s of thousands of dollars including FBA funds which is crippling. Everytime I submit the documents, I get the same generic denial email even though i've worked on multiple appeals with multiple Account Health Specialists to ensure everything being requested is being provided to Amazon. Does anyone have any other Amazon executive emails other than Jeff & Andy? Are there any mods that can look into this for me and help? I am not sure what to do at this point, I am not running a dropshipping business model. I have provided more order quantity receipts than inventory I even had listed. Please advise. Thank you for your time.

If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.

Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.

They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…

"I was requested to provide confirmation of tracking, receipts/invoices and bank account confirmations "

So, in four years this is your first post on the Forum? You have apparently slept through ALL of the discussions about the mention of RECEIPTS being a problem.

In fact, more and more often furnishing receipts is PROOF to Amazon that the seller has NOT sourced properly under their new terms and conditions which more and more require proper INVOICES.

I see no mention about having any LOAs from the brands you are selling.

DO YOU have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here?

If you have an LOA that specifically says you can sell on Amazon you MIGHT survive listing items.

More and more brands are providing a "whitelist" of their approved sellers and if YOU are NOT on the list you will be stopped in your tracks and probably hit with an IP violation.

DID YOU source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK? You DO have a sales rep at the brand, don't you?

The @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp is correct. Your core problem is "receipts." Amazon wants "invoices" from brands or official distributors, not receipts from retail stores. You need to write a completely new Plan of Action (POA). Focus on these three points:

1) Root cause

2) Action taken

3) Future prevention

Most important adviceAfter submitting your new POA, be patient. Do not rush or send multiple appeals. Wait for Amazon's response. Sending appeals repeatedly will only hurt your case.

Also, make sure to provide your latest open Case ID in the forum thread. This allows the mods to find your case and escalate it.

IF

you did not purchase brand direct with a business account, OR from a BRAND APPROVED, B2B ONLY!, WHOLESALE distributor, your funds and inventory will be confiscated and paying 5K to take it to arbitration will be your only option.
