Arbritage account to new Private Label account

So I've been doing Amazon FBA online arbitrage on this account but I plan on starting Private Label soon, If I were to close this account and open a new one solely for Private Label will I run into any issues?

Thank you for your post. I do caution these types of changes I have see these approved if it is an entirely different product line and different category. Anything else could have both account deactivated. Below I have provided some resources to help you with this situation:
