AMZ OVERCHARGES FOR SHIPPING!
Amazon wanted to charge me $21 to mail a 11x11x17 3.5lbs package to customer, my FedEx contract would do it for less then $13. Why is Amazon overcharging so much for shipping to its sellers!

Probably because it will have a dimensional weight of about 15 pounds.

In addition to the possibility mentioned by @Seller_z3XfkorVSmnEY I use my Stamps/Endicia/Dazzle account for all my UPS shipments.
The cost there is almost always several dollars less than what Amazon will charge.
Anyone thinking that Amazon is doing a favor on shipping costs should call me about my ocean front property in AZ.

Dominic from Amazon here, want to provide some additional info. If you prefer purchasing shipping outside of the buy shipping tool you are more then welcome to do so. If you can find a better shipping rate and prefer to use that carrier you are welcome too.
