Customer asking for invoice made out to different name than on order

Hi,

a customer in spain is asking for an invoice made out to the account name and their address but the name and the address on the actual order is different. I am presuming they are a drop shipper but am I allowed to provide them an invoice with their details or only to the name and address on the order sheet?
