Total balance disappeared
Hello,
Maybe someone can help me.
The total balance that I had on my seller account has disappeared and it shows £0. The account is active and there are no problems.
Contating Amazon seems very difficult. Someone had this issue in the past?

No, I requested only the amount that was available at that moment ( a third of the total amount), and then I should have balance remaining to be sent on the 25th of February.

Exactly the same thing has just happened to me. I sold a book today, so the money should be in the reserve with the rest of it, but it shows zero.

it happens sometimes esp after a disbursement but then comes back…dont stress

go to payments , scroll down to bottom of seller page and click on payments or open payment in the mobile seller app, it will show you a breakdown of where your funds have gone including latest or due payments to yourself
