i dont know why my account Deactivated
Im a new seller My account health is 200 i start my business in july 2023 My account had been deactivated on feb 2 2024 for a 4 months in allegations of unsuitable inventory investigation policy. This B08PC83RW7 listing is created on sep 2023 and after 6 months amazon deactivated my account and ask me for supply chain documents when i submitted the invoice from the distributor which the brand pso-rite had refered me. Amazon rejected my invoice and also the letter of authorization from the brand. before my purchase the founder of brand told me yes they are our approved distributor. I also show the Screen shorts of communication with brand in which they said me for purchase inventory from KN Trading LLC. Also they said me yes they are our approved distributor. but amazon not reactivating my seller central. now 11 units are showing active and 37 are showing in reserved from 4 months i only sold 2 units before 6 months and i was not claimed by any customer on purchase of any item that i sold.

Thank you for posting your concerns with an unsuitable inventory deactivation.
As this is a concern of unsuitable inventory, it will not effect the account health rating, however due to the type of issue we will need to verify that your invoices meet all aspects of our responsible sourcing requirements. Additionally as you mentioned the LOA was also rejected, Does your letter of authorization meet our requirements and was issued directly by the brand authorizing you to sell the products or brand?
Since this also involves FBA inventory, did you or the supplier ship these to the fulfillment center? Did you review the products shipped to the fulfillment center? Do you have a bill of lading to confirm the contents of the shipment? Also prior to using this supplier did you confirm that they meet our requirements and meets our supply chain standard?
Being an approved distributor does not prevent unsuitable inventory issues, as this specific concern is that the products received, shipped or sold are different that what was listed, which is why we ask for invoices or other related details to confirm.
If the sourcing documents or supporting evidence can not be verified, we cannot guarantee a favorable outcome.

Does your letter of authorization meet our requirements and was issued directly by the brand authorizing you to sell the products or brand?
As I previously mentioned a letter of authorization needs to be issued to your company by the brand. If the supplier provides an LOA this would show that they are authorized to distribute and sell the products, this does not carry over to you.
No, this inventory was not sent to the fulfillment center because the supplier offered me free fulfillment services and also gave free labeling UPC codes on products.After creating the shipment plan I saw my inventory was Fulfilled by supplier on the Instagram page of the supplier.
Because of they provided me free labeling and fulfillment, I have no bill of lading.
As stated the letter of authorization issued to your business, and valid sourcing invoices are required, if these documents cannot be provided the account may not be eligible for reactivation.

I understand but brand not giving me these documents they only asked me for return remaining units to their new distributor and
they terminated the account back of KN Trading LLC and they unauthorized them and they said for buyback these units to Innovative Supply Chains
but im not eligible for create removal order for return this inventory back.
