Account Deactivation Due to Incorrect Association with Another Seller Account

Hi everyone,

I wanted to share my experience with Amazon Seller Support in case others are facing a similar issue. My Amazon account was deactivated due to an incorrect association with another seller account, which was linked to the same brand I sold under.

To clarify:

I had a Letter of Authorization (LOA) to sell that brand's products.

An official termination letter was submitted, confirming that I no longer have authorization to sell this brand.

Despite providing all necessary documentation, Amazon still deactivated my account, even though the other seller account was reactivated after the issue was resolved.

Amazon is continuing to keep my account deactivated, despite all the evidence and the other account being live. It’s extremely frustrating and impacting my business. I hope this issue is resolved soon, but I’m sharing my experience in case it helps others in a similar situation.

Has anyone else faced something like this, or do you have any advice on how to escalate it further?
