Removal Order still on pending pick-up status for 5 months now.
Hi there,
We created a removal order on June 28 to remove our inventory of around 456 units from FBA UK. We received 418 but still missing 38. We created a case about this and Amazon said 3 items have been canceled and the rest are pending pick-up status. They have told us that the "pending picking status" cannot be expedited and we have to wait for the processing to be completed. I have made follow-up every other week and it has been a very gruesome task. I am always getting templated or unthoughtful responses. This duration of processing has already passed the allowed timeframe and it is already in violation of the Service Level Agreement between the third-party seller and Amazon FBA. How can I speed up this process?

Hi Sarah, yes I have reached out to Seller Support and they have just told me time and time again to wait for the removal order to be completed but it is now 5 months and we are still misisng some items. I will have to report this issue to the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) so i can get a definite answer from Amazon UK.
