GPSR - Does it apply if only selling within the UK
Hi guys,
Does GPSR only apply if you sell to anyone outside of the UK? So if you only sell to UK customers, nothing needs to be done to your inventory is that correct?

It doesn't apply in GB (that is England, Scotland, Wales).
It does apply in Northern Ireland - but amazon state that you do not need to provide any information re GPSR on Amazon UK. Their reasoning is because the sale takes place outside the EU. I firmly believe this is an incorrect interpretation of the regulation - but amazon don't seem like they are going to change anything.
As it stands, again, in my opinion, if your are FBM - if you want to be compliant, you would need to stop selling to the EU and NI on Amazon UK. However, you can't remove NI if you are selling either SFP or FBA. So no idea what you would do there.
Also note - its only if making products available into the EU/NI. Rest of the world it doesn't apply.

Has anyone received any final explanation of this?
I just want to know if I need to do anything if I only sell in UK and have NI off in my shipping templates. Everything is causing so much distress. I don't have any listings outsside UK. Just want to know wheter I need to do anything at this pint to be compiliant :/
in my account health it doesn't say anything
