Product Authenticity Complaints With No Proof
I have a product inauth complaint, it is for a brand that Im authorized to sell for. But I found it weird that I recieved a complaint because I source the product from the brand and have a letter of auth. But ive submitted invoices and LOA 4-5 over and over, but yet It keeps getting declined, it has the correct date(past 180 days), ASIN, Item name, and supplier, such paperwork as i would use to get approved for a brand, so im not understanding why they keep declining because my now I can't even sell the product anymore. I just find it crazy that someone can submit a complaint with no proof and get a listing removed.

How do you know what proof this complainant provided?

Hello @Seller_qqBzVsuJ9Ns4i,
Thank you for posting your concerns with your authenticity complaint.
Can you provide the notification your received regarding the situation? Can you also provide the ASIN and concerned brand? This will help with looking into the ASIN and situation to provide further guidance. Additionally as you mentioned providing a letter of authorization, and invoices. Did you review our requirements to ensure everything meets our requirements to be accepted?

Have you contacted your sales/account rep with the brand? They may be able to check and see if a complaint was accidentally filed, or may be able to contact Amazon on your behalf.

Hello @Seller_qqBzVsuJ9Ns4i,
Thank you for posting your follow up concerns.
Even in situations that the invoice includes all information, depending on where it was sourced, invoices may not be accepted as they may not be an authorized distributor for this brand. This would cause a rejection of the documentation once confirmed. Additionally, resubmitting the exact same documentation without any additional or supportive evidence, they will continue to be rejected.
What was the ASIN you were selling? Where did you source your products from? What effort have you made to ensure that your supplier has been approved or authorized by the brand or rights owners to distribute their products?

Hello @Seller_qqBzVsuJ9Ns4i,
Thank you for posting your follow up information and including your ASIN.
As this ASIN is directly associated with the brand Nike, and includes their Logo on the product, you will likely require valid invoices from a pre-approved authorized supply chain, that has been authorized by Nike themselves. Do you or your supplier have a letter of authorization from Nike to sell and or distribute their products and brands?
If we cannot validate an authorized supply chain for the source of this product and brand, the account will not be eligible for reactivation at this time.
