My personal info display on the product page, I tried to ask for help at seller support, none of the rep response my message.

I sent a message to Seller Support on 4/16 til today and no one responded to me. I tried to provide all the info which is why my personal info is displayed on the product page which does not make any sense. I finally got a response but it just copied and pasted from the response last week. They did not even look into the picture attached to the message. I want my business name displayed not my personal info. All information on my seller central are correct and with my business name and address on it. I could not get any help from Seller Support. I want to get my personal information out of public. I was ok since my account open, it just suddenly change since 2 weeks ago.
